The Bracknell Forest Council Information Hub, also known as I-Hub, has been created by Adult Social Care and Health as an online directory of services, support, advice sources and activities for residents of the borough who may need some support to remain independent. The I-Hub features information about local groups, activities in the community, education and volunteering opportunities, agencies that provide support at home, businesses that can deliver meals and registered care homes for people who no longer feel able to live in their own home with support.
