Midwife Services

Our midwife would like to meet you to discuss your care in pregnancy and to take some detailed information about your medical history. At about 8-10 weeks in your pregnancy, you should book an appointment with the midwife. Prior to this appointment you should decide at which hospital you would like your baby delivered. Your choices are as follows:

  • Frimley Park Hospital, Surrey
  • Wexham Park Hospital, Slough.
  • St Peters Hospital, Surrey.
  • The Royal Berkshire Hospital, Reading.

To register your pregnancy with the Midwifery Hub please complete the Frimley Hospital pregnancy notification form Your pregnancy

The NHS offers screening for abnormalities through an ultra sound scan between 12-14 weeks and 20-22 weeks. These scans will be arranged at the hospital where you intend to give birth.

The Team of midwives and doctors at King’s Corner Surgery will be looking after you during your pregnancy.

  • There is a maternity unit film and checklist available for you to view at here.
